This project was completed as part of the Digital Designer web design course by Tom Biskup and Design Practice. I worked on the website redesign of Coral Covey, an Australian jewelry brand founded by Laura Deakin. She creates custom-made, uniquely artistic jewelry with a strong focus on ethical practices, sustainability, and timeless design.
I completed this project in three weeks, progressing through all stages—from research and redesign ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and preparing documentation for developers.
The website functions more as a portfolio and service showcase rather than a traditional jewelry e-commerce site. Its primary conversion goal is to encourage client inquiries or redirect visitors to Instagram, building a base of potential customers. I focused on organizing content, enhancing readability, refining user flows, and restructuring the information architecture. I also concentrated on redesigning the contact form to improve engagement with potential clients.
